: After Michael had been in Aspects of Love he decided to take a break from Musical Theatre and approach new adventures. He did the Eurovision Song contest and started a career as a solo live performer. After several successful tours, albums, his own TV show though he decided it was time to work with another big name in musical theatre. Stephen Sondheim by name. 1996 we finally had Michael back on stage for a limited run of Passion which first started touring the country for a short time before it settled down at London's Queens Theatre
